  • Grade A: Looks close to new

    Minimal to no visible wear. Fully functional.

  • Grade B: Light cosmetic marks

    Minor scratches or marks. Fully functional inside.

  • Grade C: Visible wear, priced lower

    Shows its age outside; all core hardware works.

How the 15-day check warranty works

If a hardware fault that wasn’t disclosed at sale appears within 15 days, bring the laptop and your receipt to our shop at Hafeez Centre. We inspect it within 24–48 hours and give a full refund or an equal-value replacement once the fault is confirmed.
